Today it operates within the CRANE ChemPharma & Energy group, supplying complex steel castings for valves, pumps, and industrial applications.About the positionThe Sales Manager – Castings is responsible for developing and managing sales of foundry castings across Europe. The post holder will focus on driving incremental business and share gain in a range of markets including amongst chemical and industrial customers, building long-term relationships and growing volumes for the foundry.Main responsibilities:Develop and execute a sales strategy for castings across assigned European territoriesIdentify and win new customers and projects, including lead generation, quote support and project follow upManage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, negotiation, and contractingPresent the foundry technically to target customers, and represent the foundry at trade fairsAchieve revenue, margin, and volume targets xkdbapo Education & Experience:Required:Degree in Engineering, Metallurgy or Materials Science5+ years B2B sales experience in castings or metal componentsStrong technical understanding of foundry processesStrong negotiation and communication skillsCustomer-focused and results-drivenPreferred:Additional European language – German strongly preferredExperience working with foundry sales or in a foundry environment
