It is a highly advanced search solution serving more than 10,000 customers globally, making it easier for visitors to find the best products and increasing conversion rates drastically.What will you do?Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting, negotiation to closingConduct market research to identify client needs and opportunitiesDevelop tailored sales strategies to win new businessPrepare and present customized proposals and solutionsNegotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial termsIndependently generate new business opportunitiesMaintain an organized sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecastsCandidate profileProven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS (at least 6 months)Experience working with the US market in a similar roleStrong communication and active listening skillsWillingness to work late shifts to cater to US hours (14:45-11:45 PM, Friday until 8PM)Results-driven with a hunger for success and growthNative or near-native fluency in EnglishTeam player with a collaborative mindsetQuick to adapt and eager to learn in a dynamic environmentWilling to work 100% from office (hybrid options after initial months)Spanish work residency or EU passport is mandatoryEmployer offersPermanent contract ensuring job security€30,000 base salary + uncapped commission (15,000 € OTE)Clear career progression and personalized development plansJoin a diverse team representing 33+ nationalitiesHealthcare plan and support with Spanish documentation (but no relocation support)Hybrid work model after the initial 3-4 monthsModern, eco-friendly office with open spaces and arcade gamesEmployee referral program with bonus incentivesPlease know this job is 100% in Madrid and candidates need to be based in the area or willing to relocate on their own.
