¿Qué buscamos?
At Dogfy Diet, we are seeking a Sales Representative to join our Sales team and build the German market from scratch, reporting directly to the Sales Director.
Responsabilidades Diarias
Contacting customers via phone calls to sell our product (Inbound Sales).
Working towards both individual and team targets.
Handling customer inquiries via WhatsApp/phone to ensure satisfaction.
Identifying customer needs and suggesting improvements to our product and/or processes.
Collaborating with the Customer Care and Veterinary Nutrition teams.
Requisitos
At least 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar role.
Native/Bilingual level of German and intermediate level of Spanish.
Strong sales mindset, proactive, dynamic, and excellent communication skills.
