Your responsibilities:
Support our sales team by preparing quotes and compiling all necessary documentation
Create and organize appealing sales materials to ensure our salespeople are fully equipped
You will continuously manage, maintain, and optimize the software of our machine configurator
Manage technical documentation in a structured way, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
Use your organizational skills to help sales and pre‑calculation work together seamlessly
Your skills:
Ideally, experience in sales back office or offer preparation
Good knowledge of the German and English language
