Job Responsibilities: Interact with customers to understand their needs and interests Promote and sell products to customers Provide product information to customers Keep track of inventory and restock products as needed Manage and organize the store shelves and merchandise Help customers with product returns or exchanges Meet sales goals and targets set by management Use technology and software to manage sales and inventory data. Job Qualifications & Requirements: Proven experience in retail, ideally in luxury or high-end apparel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Spanish is essential. Additional languages are a plus ( English & Arabic ) Passion for fashion and an understanding of luxury customer service. Flexibility to work in shifts A professional appearance Ability to work under pressure
