ABOUT NUOVIT HOMES Nuovit Homes we are looking to strengthen our commercial team with a motivated Sales Advisor / Property Consultant to support our residential developments in Fuengirola–Mijas one of the most active areas on the Costa del Sol. We are seeking a professional with strong sales skills, client orientation, and experience managing the full buyer journey in a dynamic, international real estate environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle from lead follow-up to reservation and completion Conduct property presentations and client visits both onsite and remotely Provide an excellent customer experience tailored to each buyer’s needs Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to support commercial activity Maintain accurate reporting and client tracking through CRM tools Candidate Profile Proven experience in sales, ideally within the real estate sector Strong commercial and negotiation abilities with a results-driven mindset Client-focused approach with the ability to understand expectations and build trust Basic knowledge of legal and financial aspects of property transactions Comfortable using real estate software and digital tools to manage leads and clients efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized, able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong team player able to follow internal procedures and collaborate effectively Languages Fluent Spanish and English (required) Additional languages are a plus, especially: Polish Finnish Swedish Norwegian Dutch German What We Offer The opportunity to join a professional development company High‑quality residential product and strong brand positioning Dynamic environment with direct client interaction and international exposure #J-18808-Ljbffr
