About the role
Sales Assistant for Blue Banana retail store in Bilbao. Position is full‑time, 18 hours per week, full‑time indefinite employment with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
Responsibilities
Serve customers during the sales process, communicating brand values throughout their shopping experience.
Maintain store appearance aligned with brand values.
Provide operational support: inventory management, stock control, order processing and warehouse duties.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of experience as Sales Assistant.
Excellent communication skills.
Enjoy selling, encouraging cross‑selling, and offering alternatives.
Flexible to work rotating shifts Monday to Sunday.
Proficiency in a second language is preferred.
