Job Summary We are looking for a Sales Area Manager to lead and develop our commercial operations in a strategic region of Spain within the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry – East Area. This is akey leadership rolefor a professional who combinesstrategic thinking, strong people management, and commercial driveto deliver results while building and developing a high-performing team.Your Mission As Sales Area Manager, you will lead the commercial strategy and execution in your region, ensuring business growth, strong customer relationships, and outstanding team performance. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across the organization and represent the company with key institutions and strategic customers.Key Accountabilities Lead, coach and develop a team of Key Account Managers and Sales Application Specialists; Define and execute the commercial strategy in your assigned area; Ensure the achievement of sales targets and operating income objectives; Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and strategic customers; Monitor performance, analyse market trends and implement corrective actions when needed; Participate in budget preparation and strategic planning; Coordinate cross-functionally with Business Units, Technical Service, Logistics and Contracting teams; Foster a high-performance culture based on collaboration, ethics and customer focus.Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position: University degree; Experience in IVD / Diagnostics (preferred), Medical Devices or the Healthcare sector; Solid experience managing and developing multidisciplinary and complex teams; Experience leading sales teams; Strong strategic and analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach; Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills; Ability to work cross-functionally in a complex organization; Fluency in Spanish and English; Comfortable working with digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SAP); Availability to travel 30-40%.What We Offer A leadership role with strong impact on business performance; The opportunity to lead and develop a talented commercial team; Exposure to strategic projects and senior management; A dynamic and collaborative environment within a leading diagnostics company; Competitive compensation package.If you are passionate aboutleading teams, driving commercial performance and shaping strategy in the diagnostics industry, we would love to hear from you.Apply or contact us to learn more about this opportunity!
