About Our Company
SantéVet is the market leader in pet health insurance in France and Belgium, with additional offices in Germany, Spain, and Italy.
Founded in 2003 in Lyon by Jérôme Salord, the company now employs around 450 people across offices in Lyon, Lille, Barcelona, Milan, and Frankfurt.
SantéVet offers a range of practical yet comprehensive pet health insurance plans, renewed annually and covering illness, accidents, and preventive care. In France, these services are provided through three complementary brands: SantéVet, Bulle Bleue, and Jim & Joe.
Your Responsibilities
Acquire new customers independently via phone, working with qualified leads and selling pet health insurance to pet owners. Through professional and friendly advice, you will continuously grow your customer base.
Communicate with qualified leads through inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat.
Prepare tailored insurance offers and follow them through to a successful closing.
Contribute to various internal projects within the team.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or phone‑based sales/customer service role, with strong communication and customer handling skills.
Fluent German (required). Good English skills are a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in dynamic, multitasking environments.
Familiarity with Office / Google tools.
Proactive profile, customer‑and‑goal oriented.
