Our Client Is a Globally Recognized Company, Offering Highly Premium And Exclusive Services. With The Mission Of Providing a Customer‑focused Service And Manage The Full Commercial Cycle For National And International Clients, We Are Seeking a
SALES ADVISOR (Spanish and English)
Key Responsibilities
Multichannel Commercial Advisory: Provide in‑person, phone, and email guidance with clear, solution‑oriented communication.
Inbound Sales: managing incoming inquiries, providing product/service information.
Client Relationship Development: Cultivate long‑term, trust‑based relationships, gain a deep understanding of each client’s context, and offer tailored solutions.
Sales Funnel Management: managing your own sales pipeline, tracking opportunities, and ensuring timely follow‑ups through to closure.
Planning and coordinating sales processes and service deliveries.
Comprehensive Client Support: Accompany clients throughout their entire journey, offering continuous assistance from initial contact to final service completion and beyond.
Requirements
3 years of experience in sales.
Native or advanced Spanish and English (frequent interaction with national and international clients).
Strong communication skills and a high level of empathy.
Driving license (B) and access to a private vehicle.
Highly Valued
Training or experience in advisory, training, or specialized service sectors.
Catalan language skills.
Sensitivity and empathy when working with clients with specific needs.
What We Offer
Joining a one‑of‑a‑kind, high‑impact project in Europe.
Permanent contract.
Fixed salary: €24,000 gross/year
Variable bonus: up to €30,000 gross/year.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 10:00–18:00h (Wednesday afternoon off).
Saturdays: 10:00–14:00h.
