During the winter, when the store is closed, you'll support the team with inventory, logistics and operational projects as we prepare for the next season.This isn't just a seasonal retail position. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the brand and become an important part of the Capote team as we continue to expand internationally.What you'll be doing Summer (May - September) Running the Ibiza flagship storeWelcoming and assisting customersCreating a memorable shopping experienceProcessing sales through ShopifyKeeping the store beautifully presentedManaging stock and inventoryPreparing and shipping online ordersReceiving deliveriesSupporting events and pop-ups when needed Winter (October - April) With the store closed, you'll work closely with the operations team on a variety of projects, including:Customer supportOrganising inventory and stockPreparing wholesale and online ordersCoordinating logistics and shipmentsPreparing sample sets for agents and distributorsOrganising products and materials for international trade fairs such as MIDO and SILMOSupporting new collection launches/marketing materialsAssisting with operational projects and improving internal processes We're looking for someone who... Speaks fluent EnglishSpeaks profound Spanish (or is happy to learn)Has experience in retail, luxury goods, or fashionEnjoys delivering excellent customer serviceIs organised, reliable and proactiveLoves working with people while also enjoying operational tasks behind the scenesHas experience with Shopify or similar POS systemsIs confident using Excel or Google SheetsHas worked with Slack or similar communication toolsUnderstands inventory management and stock controlHas an eye for detail and presentationFits naturally with the Capote brand and enjoys being part of a creative, international and dynamic teamA plus if you know how to use Photoshop/Canvas, and set up social media campaigns You'll love this role if...
