The parent company of the group is located in Norway.Antima Homes has developed some of the most prestigious luxury properties in Marbella, Spain, with a track record of renovating and selling over 50 high-end homes in just eight years, consistently setting record-breaking prices and timelines.Sandon, a high-end furniture and interior design brand,Forum, a thriving commercial shopping destination, located on Marbella's Golden Mile.We believe in creating a community where passion meets excellence, fostering a culture of care, collaboration, and creativity across all our business lines: Antima Homes, Sandon, Antima Entertainment, Antima Charity Group, and more.Responsibilities:Live our vision, values and beliefs every dayRepresent the company brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalismStay informed and familiar with all products and services offeredUphold brand integrity through visual merchandising guidelinesGreet and welcome all clients ensuring they are properly advised on the collectionsGuide and attend clients with a high customer service standardFulfil store objectives by processing sales in a confident and professional manner, whilst building strong relationships with clientsGather and collate clients' CRM details in order to build the client book, follow-up with clients and maintain relationships.Maintain store standards with stock and adhere to Sandon's visual merchandising guidelinesFollow procedures and respect standards and code of ethics, including grooming and behaviorPOS (Point of sales) transactionsRequirements:Experience in a high-end interior design showroom is a plusStrategic, highly organized and results-orientedCommitment to quality with exceptional attention to detailProven ability to exceed sales goalsExceptional attention to detailStrong organizational and time management skillsProficient with current technology software, iPads, Mac, PCExcellent verbal and written communication skills Spanish English, other languages is a plusSend your application to store@sandon.es
