This role reports into the Retail Regional Manager – Italy, who acts as the key‑market lead, supporting Spain as an important growth market within the region.How You ContributeThis role carries full accountability for people, performance and standards across your area. It is designed for a leader who is already operating with influence beyond a single store and is ready to own results across multiple locations.This is not a first step into multi‑store management. We are specifically looking for someone who already brings credible experience operating across more than one site and influencing Store Managers at a senior level.As our Retail Area Manager, you will be responsible for:Owning the overall performance and operational health of all stores in your areaLeading, coaching and holding Store Managers accountable, acting as a confident people leader and performance driverDelivering sales, cost control and P&L outcomes across your store estateUsing commercial insight to influence results across conversion, ASP, full‑price mix and customer experienceConducting regular, structured store visits focused on standards, capability and resultsDeveloping Store Managers through coaching, succession planning and targeted developmentEnsuring consistent execution of brand, VM, service and operational standardsPartnering closely with the Retail Regional Manager – Italy and central teams to deliver strong local executionBuilding trusted, professional relationships and acting as a credible leadership presence across the areaThe key things we\'re looking forProven experience operating beyond a single store, either as a Senior Store Manager with significant area exposure or in an existing multi‑store roleStrong understanding of the Spanish retail landscape, particularly Barcelona, with outlet experience essentialDemonstrated commercial capability, including hands‑on experience with P&L, payroll and cost controlA confident coach, mentor and performance manager, experienced in developing Store ManagersStrong relationship‑builder, able to influence, challenge and support at management levelComfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on operational leadershipPassion for brand, product and delivering consistently high consumer experiencesFluent in English (additional fluency in Spanish also preferable)What we offerHybrid workingWelcome to the family – free pair of Docs‘Buy as you Earn’ share scheme65% off all DocsPrivate healthcareA dedicated culture team2 paid volunteer days per yearIf you’re ready to take ownership of a multi‑store area, play a key role in a growing market and continue building your leadership career with an iconic global brand, we’d love to hear from you.Interested?
