NoAsegúrese de leer detenidamente la información sobre esta oportunidad antes de presentar su candidatura.Offer DescriptionThe INCLIVA Foundation is a Health Research Institute accredited by the Carlos III Health Institute and as such an agent of the National Science and Technology System.It is part of the public sector of the Generalitat Valenciana, has private legal personality and is governed by private law and its specific legislation, without prejudice to the rules of public law that apply to it.Carlos III Health Institutegrants funding for Research Projects in Precision Personalized Medicine under the Strategic Health Action 2017-2020, funded by European Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan funds.Therefore, a position is being announced for aResearch Assistant (T2) Level 1 23T (Health Documentation)to carry out the project: “Genomic Precision Medicine in Lymphoid Neoplasms (PREGENLINF) PMP21/00015,” under the direction of Dr. María José Terol.Job responsabilities:Management, classification, and physical and digital filing of medical records, care episodes, and health documentation related to the project (including informed consents).Verification, registration, and maintenance of the traceability of biological samples, associating each sample with its corresponding clinical data and consents using GESTLAB, ORION CLINIC, or other corporate applications.Coding of diagnoses and procedures with ICD-10-ES and other classifications required for the exploitation of care and research data.Document support for project studies (lists, databases, version control, preparation of documentation for audits and MRR/PRTR justification).Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and Good Clinical Practices, especially regarding the management of informed consents and the confidentiality of information.TRAINING MERITS1.1 Vocational Training in Clinical and Biomedical Laboratory according to current study plans: 8 points if possessed.1.2 Training courses received related to the functions of the position being applied for. Points calculated according to the following scale:(Courses of 100 or more hours: 5 points per course).(Courses of 75 or more hours: 3 points per course).(Courses of 50 or more hours: 2 points per course).(Courses of 25 or more hours: 1 point per course).(Courses of 15 or more hours: 0.5 points).(Courses of less than 15 hours: 0.25 points per course).LANGUAGES2.1 Knowledge of the English language:Level (B1: 2 points);(B2: 3 points);(C1: 4 points);(C2: 5 points).MERITS RELATED TO EXPERIENCE AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS RELEVANT TO THE POSITION3.1 Proven work experience performing functions in a health research center: 20 points per year worked, up to a maximum of 40 points. Periods of less than a year will be prorated by complete months.3.2 Certified training in clinical research and informed consent: 5 points per certificate, up to a maximum of 10 points.3.3 Certified training in advanced Office and Big Data (minimum 30 hours per course – 2.5 points per course, up to a maximum of 15 points).3.4 Certified training in ICD-10 Coding (minimum 40 hours per course): 5 points per course.3.5 Official course on patient safety and health assurance: 2.5 points per course, up to a maximum of 5 points.4.-Accredited disability certificate(equal to or higher than 33%) (if held, 10 points)5.-Being a victim of gender-based violence(10 points)6.-Personal interview(up to 10 points)Specific RequirementsHigher Vocational Training Degree in Health Documentation and Administration or equivalent according to the study plans (MECES1. EQF5).Possess the physical and mental capabilities and aptitudes necessary for the performance of the corresponding functions or tasks, which will be accredited by the applicant through a responsible statement at the time of applying to the job offer.Spanish nationality, a work permit, or any other nationality that allows access to employment in the public sector. If the selected person does not have this and is selected, the contract will not be formalized until the corresponding documentation is in order. If this process cannot be completed within the deadline established by the Evaluation Committee, the final candidate cannot be hired; in this case, the position will be left vacant or the next person in order of preference will be hired if such an order has been established in the Resolution.To be at least 16 years old and not exceed the maximum age for forced retirement or any other age that may be established by law.Not be subject to any incompatibility that prevents the performance of duties under the General regime with an entity belonging to the public sector.This requirement will be accredited by a responsible statement.Not be disqualified by a final judgment from performing functions similar to those of the professional category or group to which access is sought.
