We are looking for a Renewals Support position for an important software company located in Barcelona.Responsibilities:Manage smaller-value renewals directly with customers or via resellers, ensuring timely execution.Engage proactively with internal sales teams, customers, and resellers to support renewals.Identify renewal risks and potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts using CRM tools and customer interactions.Act as a bridge between sales, operational/support teams, and offshore teams, ensuring smooth execution of renewals.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM.Pull and share reports from Salesforce to support the team.Requirements:Full professional proficiency in French (supporting Enterprise accounts in French-speaking regions).Motivated, proactive, and coachable with a high level of energy.Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience working with customers, preferably Enterprise or complex accounts.Familiarity with renewals or subscription management is a plus.Proficient in Salesforce CRM and basic Excel functions.We Offer:Opportunity to join a growing company continuously looking for new talent.6-month contract, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday.Hybrid position.Gross annual salary: €33,000 – €36,000.
