The CR Service Operations Engineer is responsible for maintaining and operating secure, regulated, and air-gapped infrastructure environments. This role focuses on automation, observability, and operational excellence across backup, monitoring, and network security domains. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure service continuity, infrastructure integrity, and compliance with internal standards. Proven experience in Linux and Windows system administration Strong proficiency in automation using Ansible and Python, including playbook development and integration with operational workflows Solid understanding of observability and monitoring, with hands‑on experience in Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry Ability to consume and integrate REST APIs for orchestration, data extraction, and automation Familiarity with network security operations, including configuration and troubleshooting of Palo Alto firewalls Fluent in English, with strong documentation and remote collaboration skills Experience coordinating hardware lifecycle events (installation, upgrades, decommissioning)Exposure to storage systems (block, object, or database‑level) and backup workflows Knowledge of Oracle Exadata and Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance (ZDLRA) platforms, especially in relation to backup and recovery operations Experience operating in air‑gapped or highly regulated environments, including patching, configuration, and recovery exercises Experience with Ansible AWX Agile mindset and experience working in cross‑functional teams In our offices you can find electric mobility solutions, doctor, hairdresser, gym, The Good Service (to help you with your errands) and much more!Health insurance.
