Experteer Overview
In this role, you will be a core driver of Glovo's Africa strategy, partnering with regional leadership to diagnose opportunities, design regional plans, and execute high-impact initiatives. You’ll build tools and automations to amplify the team’s output and deliver data-driven insights for decision-making. The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on analysis in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You will work across automation, market intelligence, and fintech initiatives to propel regional growth and impact.

Responsabilidades
• At least 5 years in top-tier consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy or fast-paced analytical roles
• Intermediate SQL (Python beneficial)
• Experience building AI-based automations (e.g., Make, N8N) and some coding knowledge
• English fluency; French and/or Arabic a plus
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to structure problems, perform quantitative analysis, and translate insights into recommendations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple project streams independently
