Join us, the future is ours to shape!We are seeking a proactive and networking specialist to join our team as a Regional Market Access Manager to work in our Spanish market access team. In this role, you will drive access in designated regions together with a team of highly experienced sales and market access professionals. This role will cover regions from the North of Spain.Territory: Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, País Vasco, La Rioja, Navarra y Castilla y León. The position can be based in Madrid or any of the provinces of the territory.Your Key Responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:To ensure that Sandoz gains a competitive edge in RAM execution both in Biosimilars and Retail businessTo clearly implement a RAM operating framework across the business, so it is well accepted and understood. RAM has a deep knowledge of their account ́s goals and challenges and seeks out win-win opportunities for the company.Support to identify key stakeholders in-market and at the Region/Hospital level and establish relationships with influencers and decision makers to facilitate broader and deeper market access for our products. This highly market-facing individual also facilitates bringing new medicines to market consistently and efficiently for the Country organization, in coordination with other leaders across the organization.Identify key stakeholders in-market and at the Region/Hospital level and establish relationships with influencers and decision makers to facilitate broader and deeper market access for our products.This position must have an excellent understanding of the Political and Health Care environment at both national and regional levels, trends in tenders, and trends in the hospital market in order to optimize Sandoz product strategies.Together with public administration, co-create a purchasing framework based on improving patient lives and value.To develop, implement and assume full accountability for strategic and operational plans in the short and long term.He or she develops a clear understanding about which competitors' strategies are, tender pricing strategies and actions that impact Sandoz ́s business and tender strategy, and s/he needs to have comprehensive view of Sandoz products portfolio (Biosimilars).Positioning Sandoz as a key driver of innovation and public health care system sustainability.Coordination with other Access teams in Sandoz Divisions in order to leverage synergies and get stronger group positioning as Sandoz.Re-launch Hospitals GX as essential products for patients' health and public system.Identify main stakeholders, differentiating different levels of market access (region, hospital pharmacy and payers)Define a value proposition dossier in the region that will allow us to differentiate from our competition in terms of added value, affecting public purchasingTo translate market intelligence into product strategies and initiatives. To demonstrate entrepreneurial /"out-of-the box" thinking by generating and implementing new ideas to grow the Company portfolio.To create and manage excellent matrix relationships internally and with external clients, including, but not limited to medical experts, Key Opinion Leaders, sales professionals, marketing experts, scientific societies, and Key Decision Makers.What you'll bring to the role:Extensive experience within regional market access or in the Spanish healthcare environment (healthcare administration).Deep understanding of the healthcare environment and budget processes in the relevant CCAA.Know-how to develop and execute long-term strategic account plans to align with customers' goals and company objectives.Excellent interpersonal, networking, communications & project management skills.Being a committed team player prepared to work in and embrace a team-based culture.Ability to work independently while closely collaborating with other internal functions and external stakeholders.Self-starting and proactive, ability to assimilate and digest multiple, complex information.Intermediate level of EnglishWhy Sandoz?Generic and Biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry.
