The Opportunity
We’re looking for ambitious, motivated people who want more than just a job - they want to build their own real estate business and develop a successful career.
As a Real Estate Agent, you’ll have the freedom to manage your own clients, time and objectives, while benefiting from the brand, training, technology and support of RE/MAX Beach Homes.
What You’ll Do
Build and develop your own property portfolio
Advise clients on property valuations and market opportunities
Guide buyers and sellers throughout the transaction
Negotiate and build long-term client relationships
Develop your own business and professional network
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to work independently while being part of a team
Knowledge of the Costa Blanca property marketis an advantage
English or Spanish is required; additional languages are highly valued
Previous sales/customer service experience is welcome, but not essential
Requirements
Valid driving licence and a personal car
Legally authorised to work in Spain
Willingness to work on a self-employed basis
