Experteer Overview In this role you will perform quality checks on materials, on-site activities, and work processes to prevent defects and ensure client satisfaction. You will operate within the Quality Control Plan and collaborate with project teams to verify tests, compile records, and maintain documentation. You will review laboratory results and ensure compliance with ISO 9000 QMS and relevant standards. - Issue Quality Records and, when required, Non-Conformity Reports
- Verify preparation of work phases, including tests, samples, and certificates
- Review laboratory test results
- Monitor and assess material quality
- Verify special processes and workers' qualifications
- Collect, verify, and manage documentation related to tests, checks, and inspections
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Control Plan and secure required documentation
- Review documentation certifying tests, checks, and inspections
- Ensure proper implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan per Client requirementsResponsabilidades
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Proven expertise in quality control, including inspections, examinations, and testing
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9000 QMS requirements and familiarity with ISO/ASME/ANSI standards
- Knowledge of measuring and testing equipment used for on-site inspections and tests
- Familiarity with quality standards and regulations relevant to the organization
- Understanding of operational processes
