The TransPerfect TechOps team delivers technology and services that support clients and colleagues, including the GlobalLink platform and scalable client interfaces.In this role, you will work closely with the QA Team to test the flagship product and reporting features, identify weak spots in the code base, and design effective ways to break software and identify potential problems. You will perform hands-on QA testing, including data integrity for new features and regression testing, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects, risks, and issues.When applying, please submit your CV in English.Responsibilities Initiate and monitor QA testing, adjusting for scalability, functionality, and usability.Test web applications, creative content, and special projects.Create test cases vs. RTM matrix against user stories to support application development.Test the application through manual and automated means.Conduct regression, system, integration, and web services testing.Verify that software enhancements and system fixes meet defined requirements and business needs.Make recommendations for revisions or improvements, including product customization, based on client feedback.Identify user stories and translate them into test cases as required.Identify and log defects using appropriate tools and provide usability and functionality feedback to developers.Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers and Release Manager to ensure development aligns with QA standards.Work with developers, designers and engineers to build applications to spec and on time.Provide specific technical guidance on defects to developers and ensure traceability of test cases to requirements.Participate in sprint planning and daily standups with cross-functional teams.Qualifications, Experience and Skills Experience translating user stories into test cases and creating test plans with traceability to acceptance criteria.Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.Experience building and executing manual test cases for client web and GUI applications.Experience testing RESTful web services and APIs.Experience with QA testing, GUI-driven testing, and data/API testing.Strong data handling capabilities and the ability to work with API testing.Strong analytical, autonomous problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and accurate.Self-starter who can work independently and in a team.How to apply By applying, I confirm I have read and accept TransPerfect's Privacy Policy: https://www.Transperfect.Com/about/data-privacy-recruitingNotes Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at TransPerfect.#J-18808-Ljbffr
