The ideal candidate shall be proficient in defining test strategies with a strong technical background, capable of efficiently managing daily tasks and challenges in a fast-paced environment. If you thrive in a dynamic setting, embrace continuous learning, and are eager to drive impactful solutions, we’d love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, designers, and testers, to deliver scalable, efficient, and robust testing strategies.Participate in weekly scrums and team meetings, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices while promoting a culture of continuous learning.Support the continuous improvement of QA processes and practices to enhance productivity and software quality.Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring they are completed successfully and within deadlines.Plan, design, develop, automate and execute test cases for Java-based platforms, both manual and automatic. xqbhyrx Create/integrate tools to help with the testing.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field3+ years of experience in a QA position (manual and automated testing)Proficiency working in Linux environments, including command-line systemsKnowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Shell scripting, Python) for automation of tasks and process improvementProficiency with Git for version control, with a strong understanding of branching, merging, and collaborative workflowsSQL knowledge is requiredProficient in Java to create testsAPI Test Automation experience using tools like JUnit, TestNG, Rest AssuredExperience in containerized environments is a plusProficiency in using task tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)Xray or any similar testing tools would be a plusUnderstanding of WiFi, PON, DSL and telecommunications/networking in general is a valuable plusStrong communication and teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a remote environmentGood self-management capabilities to keep track of different tasksProficient in English and Spanish, both written and spokenAbility to work in hybrid in MadridBenefitsA competitive salary and incentive planFlexible schedule, including telecommutingFree parking or transportation card (Pluxee transport pass)Meal card (Pluxee restaurant pass)Private medical insurance (for the whole family)The opportunity of working in an international environmentPTO for birthday#J-18808-Ljbffr
