Userlytics provides a cutting-edge digital UX testing solution that helps Product Managers, UX Designers, and Marketers quickly gather qualitative and quantitative insights from real users.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a QA Engineer. The QA Engineer will design, develop, and maintain test plans and test cases for web and platform features, ensuring product quality across multiple releases. Daily responsibilities include executing manual tests, validating new functionality, reproducing and documenting defects, and collaborating with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria. The role involves participating in regression testing, verifying bug fixes, and contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools. The QA Engineer will also help refine quality standards, support release readiness activities, and provide clear, actionable feedback to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automated test suites using Playwright
Develop and scale our automation framework across web and API layers
Test and validate services in a microservices environment
Manage test cases, execution, and traceability in Xray (Jira)
Partner with developers and product to catch issues early and define acceptance criteria
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines so automated tests run as part of every release
What were looking for
Proven QA experience in a SaaS environment
Strong hands-on automation skills with Playwright (or similar modern frameworks)
Experience testing distributed systems / microservices
Practical experience with Xray for test management
Solid understanding of API testing and CI/CD integration
Fluent English and Spanish, based in Spain
