We are one of the leading Real Estate companies based in Orihuela Costa and due to relocation and expansion now have an exciting position available as a Property Lister.You will be based in our new offices in Dehesa De Campoamor this role involves attending client’s properties offering your expertise in providing up to date market valuations.All clients will be pre-qualified and you will attend:- Ensuring accurate market valuations are given.- All paperwork is completed so that the property can be marketed for sale.- Quality photographs are taken and edited for marketing purposes (professional camara provided.)- Writing up a full description of the listings including photographs onto our system.Previous experience in the Real Estate industry is essential.You must be computer literate and be able to communicate well with clients, as well as maintaining a smart appearance at all times.A full driving licence is essential as a company car will be provided for all customer appointment listings after a probationary period has been completed.This position is an Employed role, on a Full-Time (40 hours) contract.
