Lea toda la información sobre este puesto a continuación y luego pulse el botón de solicitar.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager (MEP) to lead the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) packages across our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of all building services installations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works throughoutthe project lifecycle.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans forMEP activities.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and specialist installation partners.Ensure all MEP systems are installed in accordance with design specifications, technical standards, and client requirements.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to maintain programme objectives.Manage procurement activities and support the selection and appointment of MEP subcontractors.Collaborate closely with CSA, Design, Commissioning, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless project delivery.Oversee testing, commissioning, and system handover activities.Manage project reporting, change control, cost tracking, and stakeholder communications.Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all MEP works.Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project execution and technical delivery.Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering MEP packages on large-scale construction projects.Degree or qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.Experience within data centres, mission-critical facilities, energy, industrial, or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fireprotection, and building services systems.Experience managing subcontractors, procurement activities, budgets, and project programmes.Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project controls, and commissioning processes.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent Spanish and professional English.Proficiency in project planning and reporting tools.Project leadership and team management.Budget and programme control.Technical expertise in MEP systems.Risk management and problem-solving.Client and stakeholder management.Quality, safety, and compliance focus.Strong coordination and communication skills.VentajasOpportunity to work on large-scale, technically complex projects.Dynamic and collaborative international environment.Professional development and career growth opportunities.Competitive salary and benefits package.If you want to play a key role in delivering critical Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems that power and support world-class construction projects, joinour team!If you want to help us create safer, smarter, and more sustainable constructionenvironments, join our team!At Ilerwork, we are committed to inclusive recruitment processes based on equal opportunities and non-discrimination, regardless of gender, age, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, disability, or any other personal or social characteristic. xcskxlj We also guarantee the highest level of confidentiality throughout the entire recruitment process.#J-18808-Ljbffr
