Project ManagerLocation: Madrid, SpainContract: Full-time, in personSchedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/weekLanguages: Fully bilingual English/Spanish, written and spokenStart date: Negotiable within reasonPOR Studio is looking for an experienced, highly organized Project Manager to oversee project coordination and studio-wide planning across our branding, web, signage and wayfinding projects.This is not a single-project role. The Project Manager will work across the full studio, connecting all active projects, attending key meetings, tracking progress, managing schedules, and ensuring that the studio’s time, people and creative resources are allocated where they are needed most.The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within a creative studio, agency, design, architecture, web or production environment. They should understand how creative projects develop over time, from briefing and concept development through presentations, client feedback, production and final delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend studio and project meetings, ensuring clear follow-up, next steps and accountability.Set and maintain the pace of each project, keeping milestones, deadlines and priorities on track.Manage resourcing across the studio, allocating team members and freelancers according to project needs, capacity and skill set.Build, maintain and adjust the master studio schedule across multiple concurrent projects.Coordinate project workflows from briefing through delivery, ensuring that information moves clearly between the creative director, design team, collaborators and clients.Help set the structure and outline for project presentations, clarifying what the team needs to develop for each stage.Anticipate bottlenecks, flag risks early and help the studio make informed planning decisions.Continuously refine project-management processes, tools and workflows within the studio.Qualifications3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a creative studio, agency, design, architecture, web or production environment.Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, deadlines and shifting priorities.Strong understanding of creative workflows, design processes and resourcing needs.Excellent organizational, planning and time-management skills.Comfortable using project-management and scheduling tools.Clear, calm and proactive communicator, able to coordinate between creative, strategic and operational needs.Able to work in person from our Madrid studio.SalarySalary is negotiable and dependent on experience.How to ApplyPlease send a PDF of your CV and portfolio, maximum 10 MB, along with a short cover letter explaining why you would be a strong fit for this position.Please send applications to with the subject line:Project Manager Position 2026Interview ProcessFirst interview: onlineSecond interview: in person at the studioPlease NoteApplicants must be legally eligible to work in Spain.This is a full-time, in-person role based in Madrid.The contract includes a 6-month trial period.
