Responsibilities
Project Execution & Delivery
Oversee project-level delivery within the agreed budget and timeline. Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with the Technical Project Leader (TPL) and Operations Leader (OL).
Continuously monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with objectives and reporting status updates.
Identify potential risks and define mitigation strategies, working closely with the Technical Project Leader.
Stakeholder & Supplier Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring smooth data exchange and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate across functional departments, customers, and external suppliers to guarantee efficient implementation and verification of deliverables.
Support supplier selection based on inputs from the Technical Project Leader and Component Engineer.
Resource & Budget Management
Define resource needs and align them with the Development Manager to optimize team efficiency.
Maintain accountability for project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost‑effectiveness.
Implement risk management strategies, proactively addressing challenges before they impact project success.
Qualifications
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in R&D and product development environments.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Program Management or Project Management role.
Experience working in medium‑sized, dynamic engineering or industrial companies.
Comfortable operating in environments with medium‑to‑high uncertainty and evolving structures.
Experience managing technically complex and customized projects rather than purely standardized products.
Proficient in English.
Desirable Skills
Experience within EV, battery systems or electrification environments.
Exposure to high‑performance engineering sectors such as motorsport, advanced mobility or complex industrial programs.
Experience working in fast‑scaling or rapidly evolving organizations.
