Job Title / Role: Project Manager Key Skills: PMO, ServiceNow, SPM, PPM & English Experience: 6+ Years Location: Madrid, Spain Language: Native English Mode: Remote working with occasional assistance to office. We at Coforge are seeking a “Project Manager” with the following skill-set: Main Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO functions or project management within international technology environments. Experience managing and coordinating global technical teams, as well as communicating effectively with different levels of the organization. Strong command of project control, reporting, and governance processes. Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate risks, as well as anticipate and resolve issues efficiently. Familiarity with project management tools, preferably ServiceNow / SPM / PPM. Desirable technical knowledge in infrastructure, networks, cloud, and digital services. Native-level English. Spanish and Portuguese will be considered a plus. Personal and Professional Competencies: Analytical skills and the ability to interpret information and metrics accurately. Attention to detail and strong quality orientation. Effective organization and planning, with the ability to prioritize in dynamic environments. Excellent communication skills and strong influencing ability. Proactivity, flexibility, and a collaborative team-oriented attitude. Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
