Production Quality Technician

If you think you’ll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

Investigate and analyze non-conformities and deviations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and support effective corrective actions.
Support containment actions implementation when quality issues occur.
Escalate unresolved or critical issues according to company processes.
Perform inspections and tests on products and production processes to assure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.
Use measurement tools (2D & 3D).
Calibration.
Support implementation of continuous improvement projects and the deployment of Zero Defects Quality Culture.
Participate in audits of production processes and products to maintain high standards for quality and safety.
Assist in training of production staff on quality topics, procedures and defect prevention.
Monitor & follow quality data.
Create & update quality documentation.

And if you have/are:

Technician professional degree.
Medium level of English is valued.
Knowledge of quality tools.
Technical and human skills.
Analytical thinking, rigorous & teamwork spirit.
Flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment.
