Overview
In this role you lead a Production Planning team within Essity’s Professional Hygiene Supply Planning organization to ensure reliable material availability and planning excellence. You will guide day-to-day team operations, coach planners, and support the transformation journey toward digitalized, standardized planning. You’ll partner across functions to drive continuous improvement and robust business continuity in a global, collaborative setting. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on supply chain performance and transformation.
ResponsabilidadesLead and develop a team of Production Planners, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environmentEnsure effective execution of planning activities to secure product availability and optimize inventory, service, and working capitalAct as main liaison between the Supply Planning Hub and internal/external stakeholders; facilitate alignment and visibilityDrive planning performance by monitoring KPIs, performing root cause analyses, and implementing sustainable improvementsSupport transformation and digitalization efforts by adopting digital tools, standardized processes, and new ways of working
Requisitos principalesBachelor's degree in relevant fieldMinimum 3 years in Supply Planning, Materials Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Management, or related functionsExperience leading people or developing othersStrong root-cause analysis, decision-making in fast-moving environmentsExcellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical ability with advanced Excel and experience with reporting/visualization tools such as Power BIExperience with SAP planning solutions (APO, IBP, S/4HANA) or equivalent systemsUnderstanding of end-to-end supply chain processesContinuous improvement mindset in a dynamic, international environmentFluent in English (written and spoken)communicationinfluencingstakeholder managementadvanced ExcelPower BISAP planning solutions (APO, IBP, S/4HANA)
