EFI is looking for a Production Planner (temp contract) to join our InkJet Solutions Business Unit in Almazora, Spain.Para presentar una candidatura, simplemente lea la siguiente descripción del puesto y asegúrese de adjuntar los documentos pertinentes.Job Description:Planning and maintenance of all work orders needed from start to finish of productionPlans sequence of fabrication and manufacturing operations for guidance of production workersProcess consumption of work order parts and other parts removed from inventory for other purposes.Prepare lists of required materials to meet the production schedule and define priorities with the procurement teamUse SAP to view material movements, quantities on order, and the current balance on hand to ensure materials needed by the manufacturing plants are availableFollow up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer ordersConfers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projectsOversee correctness and completeness of part set up in SAP (foreign trade data, material master, assembly routing, etc.)Planners participate in weekly meetings with plant production managers and the Manufacturing Production Manager to identify opportunities.the Manufacturing Production Planners use SAP to create daily stock transport orders to ship materials between manufacturing plants and warehousesThe computer software SAP is used by the Manufacturing Production Planners to view material movements, quantities on order, and the current balance on hand to ensure materials needed by the manufacturing plants are availableMonitor spares required for field service support, excess and obsolete inventory related to assigned product lineJOB REQUIREMENTS:At least 2 years experience in manufacturing, production management, production planningAt least 1 year experience xqziphu in SAP PP module ( forecasting, planning, production scheduling)Computer skills using Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Power Point)Knowledge of inventory management, forecasting and production scheduling principlesKnowledge of the master data that drives the forecasting, planning, production scheduling, and shipping functionality in SAPThe ability to deal with changing priorities on a moment’s noticeThe ability to handle multiple tasks accuratelyThe ability to interface with co-workers of all levelsHigh school diploma minimum; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
