This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, customer‑focused, and excited to deepen their expertise in MES, manufacturing systems, and enterprise software support. /p pYou’ll work closely with customers, internal support teams in the U.S. and Spain, and engineering partners to troubleshoot issues, support upgrades, contribute to testing, and help improve documentation and knowledge sharing across the organization. /p pThis position requires flexibility to support 24/7 operations, including rotating coverage for weekends and extended shifts (up to 12 hours). /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Platform and Application Support (≈70%) /h3 ul liProvide Level 2 product support for both the TrakSYS™ platform and implemented solutions /li liDiagnose and resolve platform and application issues /li liTroubleshoot production applications built by Parsec Professional Services under managed services SLAs /li liRespond to alerts, triage incidents, and escalate to Level 3 or Engineering when needed /li liCreate examples and demonstrations of TrakSYS features (including light customization such as reports or UI components in ASP.NET) /li liDocument incidents, root causes, and corrective actions /li /ul h3Upgrades and Testing (≈10%) /h3 ul liSupport customer application upgrades /li liAssist with functional and regression testing /li liIdentify, document, and report defects /li /ul h3Documentation and Knowledge Sharing (≈10%) /h3 ul liCreate and maintain Knowledge Base articles /li liDocument new and existing TrakSYS features /li liDevelop Application Notes, Technical Guides, deployment instructions, and troubleshooting runbooks /li /ul h3Learning and Continuous Improvement (≈10%) /h3 ul liLearn and apply Parsec’s support methodologies and tools /li liStay current on TrakSYS platform features and updates /li liBuild expertise in MES concepts, manufacturing workflows, and support technologies /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field /li li2+ years of experience in software support or development /li liStrong experience with: ul liC# .NET / ASP.NET /li liMicrosoft SQL Server /li liWeb technologies (HTML, XML, JavaScript) /li liWindows client and server operating systems /li /ul /li /ul h3Preferred Experience /h3 ul liCloud platforms (Azure or AWS) /li liBootstrap CSS framework /li liSoftware testing frameworks /li liManufacturing, MES, or process automation environments /li /ul h3Success Traits /h3 ul liStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills /li liDetail‑oriented with excellent documentation habits /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills /li liComfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment /li liCollaborative mindset with global teams /li liWillingness to participate in rotating on‑call and extended shift coverage /li liEager to learn and grow technical depth across enterprise manufacturing systems /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liHybrid work schedule /li liVariable bonus based on company and individual performance /li liFlexible vacation time /li liOutstanding team environment /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
