About the role: We are seeking a Product Owner to join our dynamic and fast-paced team, where collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement are at the forefront of our work culture. You will be part of an agile environment that embraces quality-oriented development methodologies, featuring two-week sprints and a focus on continuous delivery. Your contributions will play a crucial role in driving our product vision forward, ensuring that we meet both user needs and business objectives. As a Product Owner, you will take full ownership of creating clear and detailed product requirements, translating business needs into actionable tasks. You will oversee the development process, ensuring that all work aligns with the product vision and business objectives. A key part of your role will be managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and facilitating continuous improvements based on user feedback and market insights. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional tech teams, including backend, frontend and QA engineers, to ensure seamless communication and alignment. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence the evolution of the fundcraft platform, driving innovation and ensuring that we continue to meet the needs of our users. This is a position based in Spain, reporting to the Product Manager (L3). Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product Engineering and Software Engineering departments to develop digitized solutions based on defined processes. Write clear, detailed tickets with requirements, acceptance criteria, definitions of done, permissions, and audit logs. Assist the QA Engineers in developing test plans and cases to ensure solutions meet business needs. Create and manage the product backlog, aligning it with the short- and mid-term roadmap, ensuring prioritization of development activities. Support Tech by answering questions and providing guidance during development. Liaise between business stakeholders, PMs, and tech colleagues to ensure alignment and report on progress, risks, and status. Collect and analyze user feedback through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand needs and pain points. Ensure platform processes, contextual help, and updates are fully documented and maintained. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, such as product ownership or business analysis. Experience collaborating with cross functional teams. Proficient in writing product requirements and user stories. Familiarity with project management tools (e.G., JIRA). Ability to create and manage a product backlog and prioritize development activities. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
