Product Owner - Frontend Department: Operations Employment Type: Full Time Location: Barcelona Reporting To: Juan Reina Cruz Description The Product Owner role for the Front-End will be working directly with the Front-End teams to ensure that the product is evolving in line with the vision and company OKRs. This role will also drive alignment across the Framework and CMS roadmaps to ensure delivery of product of the highest quality for both player and operator usability.Focused on driving the KPIs that are important to our client, we are looking for a detail- oriented, technically savvy product professional who has a firm grasp on how to deliver agreat product to satisfy both operators and players needs. The ideal candidate will be both analytical and creative in equal measure with the capability to identify areas of improvementand new product innovations with the ability to communicate the justification and gain approval from senior stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Overall ownership of the Product Roadmaps, including prioritisation, delivery time and communication of deliverables to key stakeholders. Ensuring that all product developments have sufficient, detailed product requirement documents, functional specification and the best UX/UI possible by working closely with the Design team. Reviewing peers' product requirements and documentation Working with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps Developing and implementing product consistent with company vision Collecting and analysing feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products Coordinating cross-functional dependencies Ensuring products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule Making creative recommendations to expand product base, commercial opportunities and vision Suggesting ways to track product use and impact on end users Building relationships across the business to ensure that the product vision is part of everyone's DNA Requirements Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role Strong understanding of behavioral psychology principles (e.G., motivation theories, habit loops).
