Job TitleProduct Owner – eB2B Commerce & LMS (Learning Management System)LocationBarcelona, SpainOverviewAs a Product Owner – eB2B Commerce & LMS at Opella, you will shape the strategy, development, and performance of our eB2B commerce platforms and Learning Management System, ensuring seamless digital experiences for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), customers, and internal teams. You will drive customer engagement, education, and self‑service ordering across global markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the product strategy and roadmap for eB2B commerce portals and LMS, ensuring they meet the needs of HCPs, customers, and commercial teams.Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and priorities in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Digital teams.Ensure seamless integration between commerce, learning, CRM, and backend systems to deliver accurate, consistent, and efficient user experiences.Monitor product performance and user adoption, using data and feedback to continuously improve features and prioritize development.Lead agile product processes, including backlog management, sprint planning, and collaboration with development partners and vendors.Ensure all digital content and interactions comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.Promote best practices and support users through documentation, training, and clear communication of new features and updates.QualificationsExperience managing digital products such as B2B eCommerce platforms or customer engagement tools in an agile environment, with a strong focus on delivery and user value.Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B (or similar platforms), including catalog management, order workflows, pricing rules, and integrations with enterprise systems.Experience working with Learning Management Systems (eFront or similar), including course creation, learner tracking, certification workflows, and compliance‑related training.Strong understanding of how digital platforms integrate (eCommerce, LMS, CRM, ERP) to deliver a seamless customer and HCP experience.Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics and dashboards to drive decisions and continuous product improvement.Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across cross‑functional, global teams.Advanced level of English is required; additional EU languages such as Spanish or French are a plus.Degree in Business, Digital, Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
