You’ll ensure our messaging remains clear, accessible, and impactful, while taking real ownership of the tasks that fuel our global success. You’ll report into the Product Marketing Lead.RESPONSIBILITIESTeam support: Support the product marketing team in crafting messaging and positioning that resonates with our target demographicMarket research and competitor analysis: Collect, organize, and distribute market intelligence and competitor information to support strategic decision-makingCollateral creation: Assist in creating high-impact product marketing materials such as PDF guides, workshop decks, emails, blogs, and training modulesBeta testing and user feedback: Collect, organize, and distribute customer feedback during beta phases to directly inform messaging, content, and product improvementsAnalytic tracking: Track key marketing and adoption metrics to help the team understand what’s working, what isn’t, and whyWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORExperience: 3+ years in a SaaS customer-facing role, such as customer success or customer support. While prior marketing experience is preferred, it is not a requirementLanguage: Fluent in English. Proficiency in Spanish, French, German, or Chinese is an advantage as we scale globallyProactivity: Fast learner with a high degree of curiosity. You don't wait for a manual; you dive into the product, ask questions, and are driven to master the product marketing craftCollaboration: Product marketers are the bridge between the product and the rest of the company.
