- Lead the development of new postharvest products from concept to market launch.
- Analyze the technical and commercial performance of current products and propose continuous improvements.
- Coordinate field and laboratory trials, validations, and testing with key customers, distributors, and research institutions. Technical & Commercial Support
- Prepare technical and commercial materials. Training & Technical Communication
- Develop and deliver webinars, internal and external training sessions.
- Create and present technical content for events, seminars and commercial meetings.
- Generate technical materials for marketing, including articles, videos, presentations and case studies. Manage collaborations for trials, joint projects, or scientific validation of technologies.
- Work closely with R&D, production, quality, and marketing to ensure proper execution of product-related projects.
- Act as the “voice of the customer” internally, ensuring product development aligns with market needs. Postgraduate studies in postharvest, product innovation or business are a plus. ~Experience in customer interactions, trial management and project coordination. ~ Fluent in English & Spanish.
