At Procare Health, a Spanish pharmaceutical company with international presence, we are dedicated to the development and commercialization of innovative and scientifically proven solutions for women’s health.We are currently looking for a Product Manager Trainee to join our Marketing team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product strategy, campaign development and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic and international environment.If you are interested in marketing, have a strategic mindset and want to develop your career in Product Management, we’d love to meet you.What you’ll doSupport the development and execution of marketing plans and product strategies.Collaborate in the creation and adaptation of marketing materials for different channels and markets.Assist in the analysis of market trends, competitors and product performance.Support the coordination of campaigns and promotional activities.Contribute to the preparation of presentations and internal reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Regulatory, Sales, etc.).Support the organization of scientific events and congresses.Assist in the monitoring of KPIs and performance metrics.What we’re looking forDegree or Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences or a related field.Strong interest in marketing and the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector.Analytical mindset and attention to detail.Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.High level of English is a mustAvailability to establish an internship agreement is required.What we offerA dynamic and international work environment.Exposure to real marketing processes and strategic decision-making.A strong learning curve within a fast-growing company.Flexible working conditions.If you are looking to start your career in Marketing and grow in an international pharmaceutical environment, we would love to hear from you ✨
