Join to apply for the Product Manager role at Livo . Your mission: As the first Product Manager hire for Livo, you will work closely with our Co-Founder and CPTO, playing a crucial role in developing and enhancing our vertical healthcare marketplace product. This role requires developing a deep understanding of professionals' and facilities' challenges and working closely with our engineering team to deliver innovative and impactful solutions.This is a hands-on builder position where you will drive product planning, define the roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-impact projects that drive measurable business outcomes and align with Livo's vision and strategy. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and post-launch optimizations. Work closely with the founders to develop and refine the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization. Analyze product data to understand user needs and inform product decisions. Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Organize product feedback, bugs, and ideas into a product backlog. Work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand acquisition, adoption, and retention and help develop solutions to improve these areas. Your profile: Technical background that enables you to convey product requirements to engineers and relay complicated details to non-technical colleagues and customers. Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management. Proven track record in leading product development for mobile applications, ensuring high engagement, user-centric design, and a seamless customer experience. Hands-on approach with the ability to balance tactical execution and strategic thinking. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and user feedback to inform decisions. Passion to generate massive impact within healthcare. Why us?
