As a Product Manager in the CX Automation Team you will be in charge of: /p ul liJointly with the Product Director, drive the strategy for new and existing products. /li liIdentify new opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to come up with creative and mutually beneficial solutions to business and consumer problems. /li liBuild/Support the creation of business cases to support new initiatives as well as prioritising the road map for the next set of products and feature enhancements. /li liLead cross‑functional teams to conceive and develop new product concepts, establish development milestones, and manage the development, implementation and subsequent rollout. /li liBalance business requirements and consumer experience to build best‑in‑class inventory. /li liManage multiple projects and details without losing sight of the ‘big picture’. /li liBe self‑directed and able to move forward in a fast‑paced, somewhat ambiguous environment. /li liBe able to manage an increasing amount of pressure without passing over to the team and colleagues. /li /ul h3What do you need to succeed: /h3 h3Good to have /h3 pBring your unique perspective, speak up, and offer disruptive solutions.
