Someone who enjoys identifying growth opportunities, crafting compelling product narratives, and executing campaigns that deliver measurable results. /p pbMust-haves: /b /p ulliStrong growth mindset with proven experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or product communication roles /liliExcellent communication and storytelling abilities – capable of translating complex product features into clear, compelling value propositions for different audiences /liliExperience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature releases /liliSkilled at managing cross-functional relationships with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive product adoption /liliStrong analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize growth metrics (user acquisition, activation, retention, etc.) /liliExperience with growth experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization /liliProven ability to create product communication materials including launch campaigns, feature announcements, user guides, and promotional content /lili3+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or related product communication roles /liliFluent in Spanish and English /liliComfortable working remotely with distributed teams, although you acknowledge the value of meeting in person at the office from time to time /li /ul pbNice-to-haves: /b /p ulliExperience with product-led growth strategies and user onboarding optimization /liliBackground in real estate platforms, marketplaces, or two-sided platforms /liliExperience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms /liliContent creation skills (copywriting, basic design, video) for product communications /liliExperience in ideation and development of new products, from concept validation to market launch. /liliProficiency in Italian, French or Portuguese is a plus /li /ul pbWhat you'll do: /b /p ulliDevelop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases /liliCreate compelling product communication campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement /liliCollaborate with product teams to understand feature roadmaps and translate them into growth opportunities /liliMonitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify growth levers and optimization opportunities /liliWork closely with marketing teams to develop product-focused content, campaigns, and promotional materials /liliConduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning and communication strategies /liliManage product communication across multiple channels (email, in-app, website, social media, etc.) /liliLead cross-functional growth initiatives and experiments to drive key product metrics /liliTrack and report on growth KPIs, providing actionable insights to stakeholders /liliCollaborate with fellow Product and Marketing team members to ensure consistent messaging across our product suite /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbAnd something more about us… /b /ppbr/ppSince we began this adventure in the year 2000, idealista has been much more than a company. /ppIt is a culture, a way of doing and understanding things that sets us apart.
