We focus on fast execution, data-driven decisions, and efficiency.Lea atentamente toda la información sobre esta oportunidad y luego utilice el botón de solicitud de abajo para enviar su CV y su candidatura.You'll be our first dedicated product analyst, responsible for building the diagnostic capability that lets us understand why things work, not just whether they work.We are fully remote and are hiring Worldwide.New Games : Read signals accurately, build frameworks for evaluating new title performance against benchmarksRapid Validation : Enable faster kill/continue decisions with clear data on whether prototypes can hit UA/monetization thresholdsYou'll report to the Director of Game Development and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Publishing.Diagnose why features test LTV positive or negative, not just report the outcomeCreate frameworks for soft launch evaluation and new game benchmarkingPartner with Publishing to investigate performance anomalies and fraud signalsTranslate data into actionable recommendations for Product and LiveOps teamsStrong SQL skills; experience with mobile analytics platforms (Amplitude, GameAnalytics, or similar)~ Familiarity with mobile game metrics: LTV, xcskxlj ROAS, retention curves, ad monetization (especially rewarded video)~ Clear communicator who can translate complex analysis into decisionsPython/R for deeper analysis~ Experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical rigor around experiment interpretation~(Nice to Have) WildCard is an English speaking company, but professional Russian language skills are nice to have due to the engineering team's native languages.
