Overview Act as a technical partner to the sales team, supporting the full sales cycle from discovery to close. Work with customers to understand manufacturing challenges, design tailored solutions, and demonstrate business value. Key Responsibilities Support sales in discovery, qualification, and deal progression Deliver tailored product demonstrations Design solutions aligned to customer operations (production, quality, maintenance, inventory) Develop proof-of-concepts to validate solutions Collaborate with product and engineering teams Act as a trusted advisor to customers Requirements Experience in Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineering, ideally in industrial or manufacturing software Knowledge of MES or similar systems (PLC, SCADA, ERP) SQL proficiency and experience with an object-oriented language (e.g. C#) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience with digital manufacturing / Industry 4.0 technologies
