Empresas: Único HotelsProgram OverviewAs a Kitchen Trainee at Mas de Torrent Hotel & Spa, you will participate in an intensive 360° rotation program covering all high‑end kitchen stations. The training includes Breakfast, Cold Kitchen, Hot Station, and Pastry.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and execute breakfast dishes with precision.Master salads, cold appetizers, and plating in the Cold Kitchen.Operate and support the Hot Station, applying technique and timing.Create artisanal desserts in the Pastry station.Participate in cross‑training sessions and adapt across stations.QualificationsCurrently enrolled in a Degree or Vocational Training in Cooking, Gastronomy, or Pastry.Flexible and proactive; able to learn across different stations.Excellent communication skills.Valid documentation/work permit for Spain.Available for an internship from May to September (3–6 months).BenefitsFinancial aid for the internship: €350.Shared accommodation with fellow trainees.One meal per shift.Exposure to a 5★ kitchen operation within Relais & Châteaux.Why Mas de Torrent?Rotating through all kitchen areas develops a unique ability to adapt, blending 18th‑century tradition with modern culinary excellence.
