Fonio.ai is seeking a Sales Lead to own the Poland market. You will build and lead a high-performing AE & SDR team, hiring, ramping, coaching and driving deals while keeping a reliable forecast. You’ll work with Marketing on lead-gen and with Customer Success on handoffs.We value several years of B2B SaaS sales, leadership experience, strong product understanding, native Polish and fluent English; German is a plus. On-site in Warsaw with initial onboarding in Vienna.
