Fast, entrepreneurial, and ambitious—HYPE is where ideas turn into action.Our small team is as dynamic as the industry we`re in, and we welcome different backgrounds and expertise.The RoleWe’re looking for a highly driven, sharp, and hands-on Personal Assistant to the CEO.This is a high-impact role at the center of the business—supporting both professional and personal matters, managing priorities, and ensuring everything runs at speed.If you’re organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same—this is for you.What You’ll Do- Act as the CEO’s gatekeeper and right hand, managing priorities and protecting time- Handle global travel planning (flights, hotels, visas, logistics), with occasional travel alongside the CEO- Manage a dynamic and fast-changing calendar (business + personal)- Take ownership of emails and communications, responding or acting on behalf of the CEO- Prepare meetings, ensure follow-ups, and track key action points- Support with administrative and operational tasks (contracts, invoices, payments, documents)- Organise meetings, events, and key moments—both business and personal- Coordinate all matters related to the CEO’s properties and personal logistics- Be ready to jump in, solve problems, and make things happenWhat We’re Looking For- A true “make it happen” mindset—execution-focused and solution-driven- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail- Ability to prioritise fast and operate under pressure- High level of discretion and trustworthiness- Excellent communication skills across all levels- Proactive and resourceful—you stay one step ahead- Independent, fast executor with strong ownership mentality- Comfortable managing last-minute changes and complexity- Flexible and adaptable, including availability outside standard hoursExperience & Skills- 3+ years in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced or entrepreneurial environment- Fluent in English and Spanish (French is a plus)- Strong travel coordination and organisational capabilities- Valid EU driver’s licenceWhy Join HYPEThis is not just another assistant role.You’ll work side-by-side with the CEO, gaining direct exposure to high-level decision-making, international markets, and the inner workings of a fast-scaling global brand.We’re looking for someone who wants more than a job—someone who wants to learn and grow fast, and help build something truly impactful.If you’re ambitious, reliable, and ready to operate at a high level, this is your seat at the table.
