Personal Assistant to CEO at AnyTech365
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of AnyTech365. The role ensures efficient agenda management, smooth communication with stakeholders, and coordination of key activities, allowing the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.
Role Purpose
Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements; prepare documents, presentations, and correspondence with absolute confidentiality; act as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, and partners; support tracking projects, deadlines, and deliverables; handle expenses, invoices, and administrative tasks.

Requirements
+3 years’ experience as Executive/Personal Assistant at C-level.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
High level of discretion and ability to work under pressure.
Fluency in English (C1) and Spanish; other European languages are a plus.
Strong command of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
