Experteer Overview
In this role you support service operations within Mondelēz International Digital Services, driving standardization and improvements across processes. You co-own the development of SOPs, ensuring compliance and alignment with policies and data protection. You analyze exceptions, support training material input, and lead a sustainable continuous improvement loop for the team. You work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable service and uphold SLAs, contributing to the global service operations mission.

Responsabilidades
• 4-5 years experience
• Operational HR experience
• HR Generalist experience: payroll, engagement, wellbeing, training, communication, DEI
• Excel: pivot tables
• Reporting experience; Workday experience highly valued
