This role combines empathy and conflict resolution within the fields of Spanish labor law and tax compliance.This is not just a role — You will be the backbone of our operational excellence, ensuring that our people are managed with absolute transparency and care. Key Responsibilities Strategic Labor AdvisoryAct as the go-to expert for complex labor inquiries (contract types, dismissals, bonuses, and sanctions).Prepare documentation for labor inspections and manage conciliation processes (SMAC). End-to-End Payroll ExcellenceExecute multi-agreement (multiconvenio) payroll runs, including extra payments, arrears, and settlements (finiquitos).Master the application of different collective agreements, salary tables, and regulatory updates. Public Administration & Tax SyncSeamless management of the Sistema RED (hires/terminations), Delt@/SILTRA (IT/AT parts), and precise IRPF withholdings for seamless coordination with our tax and accounting departments. RequirementsHard SkillsDegree in Labor Relations, HR, or Law. A Master’s in Labor Law Consultancy is highly valued.Expert proficiency in payroll softwareAdvanced Excel (for cost reporting and data reconciliation)Deep, up-to-date knowledge of the Spanish Labor ReformExperience3 to 5 years in a similar roleDesirable consultancy or business advisory environmentHandling multiple clients.Soft SkillsResilience under pressureObsessive attention to detailStrong client-oriented mindset What We’re Looking ForSomeone who:Doesn't just report problems, but provides legal solutions.Is comfortable with cross-referencing data to find discrepancies before they become issues. xcskxlj Is self-sufficient, organized, and can manage hours of high-impact work with total ownership.
