Job position for Super Yacht New luxury yacht with 70 crew. Must feel comfortable to work in a small environment, and take an active part in the actual food preparation and to ensure that desserts and pastries are consistently prepared. Directly in charge of 2 staff and reports directly to Head Chef on board. New luxury.Position requirementsCulinary Institute Diploma or apprenticeship as Patissier requiredMinimum of four (4) years experience in a luxury food operation as Assistant Pastry Chef or three (3) years experience on boardEuropean trainedA sound knowledge of culinary arts and fine diningStrong background in International Cuisine and Cooking TechniquesHighly motivated with a strong drive and high level of energy and flexibilityExcellent leadership skills and the ability to interact with all levels of peopleFluent in EnglishCompetitive Salary paid in dolars.
